Hey ya,
The body feels sore as hell! Yup, i re joined my Body Pump classes today and boy am I out of shape! The weights I used are barely even weights and my muscles are burning already. Jeeze, I really need to buck up! Anyway, it still feels great after working out.
Breakfast
- A "piggy" biscuit
Lunch
- A cup of cereal drink
Dinner
- Rice
- Vegetarian Curry
- Salted Vegetable Soup
- Fried Spinach
- Watermelon for dessert!
Feels good today :) I think it looks pretty healthy don't ya think?
